Assistant Project Manager

Talent-Curve are partnering with a leading civil engineering firm delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across the water sector. With multiple frameworks currently underway, our projects span all across Northern Leinster.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will support project management activities across several water sector frameworks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. You will be a key contributor to planning, coordination, and client engagement, driving the successful execution of projects across Northern Leinster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project delivery.
• Assist in managing multiple projects within water sector frameworks across Northern Leinster.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in project management within the water sector.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and water infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive projects forward, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Experience managing multiple projects or frameworks simultaneously.
• Relevant engineering or project management qualification (desirable).
