Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are currently assisting a leading company in County Westmeath in their search for an experienced Automation Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee automation projects with a competitive salary and potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the automation team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement automation strategies and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and robotics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in automation engineering or related role, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and robotics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
