Job title: BIM Co-Ordinator
Location: Dublin

A leading construction company specialising in critical environments, including data centres, life sciences, aviation and high-value manufacturing, is seeking an experienced BIM Co-Ordinator to join its Dublin team.
Reporting to the BIM Manager, you will support the delivery of BIM standards, models and project workflows while working closely with clients, design teams, commercial teams and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
- Produce and coordinate detailed Revit BIM models.
- Carry out model quality and conformity checks.
- Manage clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and support ISO 19650 compliance.
- Create Revit families, templates and construction drawings.
- Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to coordinate BIM requirements.
- Support the ongoing development of BIM processes and digital construction practices.
Requirements
- Level 7/8 degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- 2+ years’ relevant BIM experience; main contractor or fit-out experience advantageous.
- Strong Revit and Navisworks skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
- Dynamo knowledge desirable.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
