Talent Curve Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established building management systems and controls company in the Dublin area to find a BMS Engineer to join their team.
Salary: €45,000 - €65,000+ DOE — Open to All Levels
The Role
This role covers installation, commissioning, programming, and maintenance of building management systems on commercial and industrial sites. Open to all levels — from experienced BMS engineers through to senior/lead commissioning engineers ready to take on more complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain BMS/BEMS panels and field devices on site
- Programme and configure control systems
- Carry out site surveys, fault-finding, and troubleshooting on BMS installations
- Read and work from control schematics, wiring diagrams, and points lists
- Liaise with clients, M&E contractors, and site teams during installation and commissioning
- Complete site documentation, test sheets, and handover packs
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive callouts
What You'll Need
- Proven BMS/BEMS experience — installation, commissioning, or maintenance
- Background in electrical, building services, controls, or instrumentation
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable reading electrical/control drawings
- Full clean driving licence
- Safe Pass / CSCS an advantage
