Civil Engineer Longford
Talent-Curve are recruiting a Civil Engineer/ Supervisor to work on a water treatment project in Co Longford. The client is a Civil Engineering and building company that has vast experience and knowledge within the construction industry and is seeking to expand their team.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report into the Project Manager
- Read and review site specifications and drawings
- Set out the site accurately and effectively
- Assist in managing various site teams through effective communication
- Manage plant, machinery and equipment on site
- Order in materials when necessary
- Adhere to the company’s regulations regarding quality of workmanship
- Adhere to Health & Safety at all times
- Maintain an accurate site diary and paperwork
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and Health & Safety Briefings
- Complete staff site inductions
- Attend site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended
- Assist in managing traffic on site
- Provide reports to the Project Manager
Site Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree or equivalent.
- 1 year plus relevant experience
- Full driving licence
