Talent Curve Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor with over 35 years of industry experience. Known for their high standards, attention to detail, and multiple industry awards, they are now seeking Civil Supervisors to join their team on upcoming utility projects across County Armagh.
The Role:
The successful candidate will oversee civils teams working on utilities, ducting, and groundworks. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while liaising closely with management and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage site operations in line with project plans.

Liaise with project and senior management teams.

Supervise site staff, ensuring safety and productivity are prioritised.

Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

Handle site documentation and reporting requirements.

Take the lead in emergency situations and problem resolution.

Attend regular site and client meetings.

Uphold company values and quality standards throughout all operations.

Manage site traffic and logistics where required.
Essential Criteria:

Similar experience in the Civil Engineering industry

Strong background in civil engineering and utility works.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Full UK driving licence.
