Job Title: Commercial Manager

A highly respected infrastructure and utilities contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex civil, electrical, and power projects across Ireland is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its Dublin office.
The company is known for its quality, reliability, and expertise in managing high-profile projects across the utilities and infrastructure sectors, working closely with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver on time, on budget, and safely.
The Role
- Lead commercial management of multiple infrastructure and utilities projects
- Manage contracts, budgets, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
- Negotiate and administer NEC contracts, including NEC 4 Option experience
- Manage subcontractor commercial relationships, claims, and variations
- Support project managers and directors with commercial risk assessment and mitigation
- Produce accurate and timely reporting for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and best practice
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in utilities, power, or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with NEC contracts, including NEC 4 Option
- Excellent commercial awareness and contract administration skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or commerce
- Full clean driving licence
