Job title: Construction Project Manager
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 DOE + Package etc
About the Role
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark mixed-use residential development in South Dublin.
This is a site-based, fixed-term opportunity to oversee a large-scale development comprising approximately 550 apartments, retail units, and multi-level basement construction. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project through all phases of construction from commencement to completion.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Set project objectives and monitor progress against programme and key milestones.
- Report regularly to senior management on programme, commercial performance, and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues throughout the construction process.
- Utilise project management systems and reporting tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' Project Management experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Experience working with a main contractor or residential developer in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience managing project budgets and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in project management software and reporting systems.
- Experience delivering RC frame residential and/or high-rise developments is desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
