Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead multiple residential and commercial projects based in Offaly and surrounding areas. This permanent role involves overseeing site teams, ensuring quality construction, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site-based teams including Site and Project Managers.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards.
- Oversee day-to-day progress, project timelines, and resource planning.
- Review construction drawings and liaise with the design team to resolve issues.
- Drive build quality, cost savings, and programme efficiency.
- Work with Quantity Surveyors to manage project budgets and financial targets.
- Coordinate long lead items and subcontract packages.
- Report monthly to senior management on progress and performance.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
- 5–7 years’ experience in a senior site/project management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Procore experience an advantage.
