Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland (with one night overnight travel to London)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum + bonus & benefits
Talent Curve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading interior fit-out and design specialist with an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in interiors, construction, or fit-out project management, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role is based in Northern Ireland, with at least one overnight trip to London required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from tendering and negotiation to execution and close-out.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively addressing risks and issues.
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Prepare reports, updates, and forecasts for senior management.
- Maintain a focus on health, safety, and compliance standards across all projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, ideally within the interior fit-out, construction, or refurbishment sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to travel overnight to London as required.
- Relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
