An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly respected construction contractor on a large-scale student accommodation project in Limerick.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, overseeing site teams and ensuring contractual, commercial, programme, and quality objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing contracts from pre-construction through to final handover
- Overseeing site management teams and subcontractor performance
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders
- Monitoring programme, cost control, risk, and quality standards
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on student accommodation, residential, or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts and procurement methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior site teams
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
