The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception through to completion
- Lead project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across all sites
- Monitor commercial performance and report on project progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Strong background in construction with exposure to multiple project types
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness
