About the Role

A leading Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major construction projects across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or multiple construction projects from start to completion.
• Lead Project Managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project programmes, commercial performance, and resource planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
• Report project performance and progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior management role.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and programme management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction or civil engineering projects.
