Electrical Assembly Technician – Dungannon
I’m working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in the Dungannon area who design and build specialist equipment supplied to customers all over the world. They’re growing steadily and looking to bring an Electrical Assembly Technician into their production team.
This role sits within the finishing end of production, assembling electrical components and systems onto equipment built to specific customer requirements. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be working with electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics, using a range of hand, air and electric tools to complete the build.
You’ll be part of a team environment but also trusted to work on your own initiative, ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards.

Working hours
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm (early finish)
What you’ll be doing
- Assembling electrical and mechanical components according to customer specifications
- Working with AC/DC electrics, pneumatics and hydraulic systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Using hand, air and power tools to complete installation and assembly tasks
- Carrying out quality checks on your own work and supporting team quality standards
- Working closely with supervisors, managers and production team members
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment in line with company procedures
- Supporting compliance with ISO 9001 quality management and health & safety systems
What they’re looking for
- Experience working with AC/DC electrics in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Experience using hand, air and electric tools
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
