Electrical Design Engineer, Co. Tyrone
Salary: £35-45k (DOE)
We’re working with a well-established and growing building services contractor to recruit an Electrical Design Engineer for their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, education and public sector projects.
The Role
- Producing electrical building services designs in line with project specifications and current regulations.
- Designing LV power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, small power and containment systems.
- Preparing electrical calculations, schedules, schematics and technical documentation.
- Coordinating designs with mechanical, architectural and structural disciplines.
- Attending client and design coordination meetings.
- Providing technical support throughout the construction phase.
- Assisting with technical reports and design documentation.
About You
- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience using Revit would be advantageous but isn't essential.
