Salary: £45-55K

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Project Manager with an electrical bias for our client based in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering electrical projects according to program, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical program to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring installation and maintenance contracts meet internal and client specifications and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee all electricians and subcontractors on-site.
  • Support the Contracts Manager in all site activities to ensure successful completion.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
  • Manage variations and claims on each project.
  • Monitor job costs and progress against budgets.
  • Cultivate and maintain safe working practices on-site.

Technical Skills:

  • 5 years’ experience in Electrical Project Management with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
  • Qualification in Electrical Engineering (equivalent Engineering qualifications may be considered).
  • Industry experience with a trades background.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and create contractual requirements, scope objectives, and financial reports.
  • Excellent time management and general organization skills.
