Electrical Project Manager
Waterford – Pharmaceutical
€80K + (DOE)

Role Description:
- Participate in initial project meetings to align on objectives.
- Thoroughly review project details and specifications.
- Manage the submission and approval process for technical documents.
- Handle and resolve RFIs efficiently.
- Track and manage labour resources.
- Prepare and update weekly progress reports, addressing any changes or variations.
- Coordinate with main contractors and client site teams.
- Oversee the delivery and coordination of project equipment.
- Ensure continuous availability of necessary materials.
- Implement and manage construction and commissioning schedules.
- Create biweekly/monthly snag lists and oversee improvements.
- Administer the project handover process and document management system.
- Develop project-specific schedules.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend site meetings and address action points.
- Communicate project-specific innovations to the Contracts Manager.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale projects.
- Preferred qualification in Construction or Project Management.
- Strong team supervision skills.
