An established and reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a prestigious €8.1m residential development in Foxrock, Dublin. This is a high-spec project involving luxury housing, requiring an individual with proven experience in delivering quality finishes to exacting standards.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will manage subcontractors, liaise with the design and commercial teams, and ensure client satisfaction from groundworks through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full site management from site setup through to final handover
- Lead daily coordination of all site activities and labour
- Ensure construction programme milestones are met or exceeded
- Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Coordinate site logistics, materials, deliveries, and storage
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and client-side teams
- Maintain detailed site records, reports, and snag lists
- Uphold high-quality workmanship and finishing standards throughout the build
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally in residential or high-spec developments
- Solid knowledge of building regulations and construction methodologies
- Experience with RC frame and traditional build systems advantageous
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling & CIF Site Management or equivalent certifications
- Trade or construction-related qualification preferred
