Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Location: South Dublin
Project: 3 year Project | High-rise Residential Project with underground car park
As a key member of the construction team, you’ll work alongside other Foremen to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations—maintaining progress in line with programme targets and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finishing and general construction works in line with design and programme requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades efficiently on site
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Welfare policies at all times
- Attend and contribute to site management and planning meetings
- Monitor workmanship to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity
- Drive subcontractor performance through to completion while maintaining standards
- Ensure correct use and upkeep of plant and equipment
