An established and highly experienced construction contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects is currently seeking a Finishing Foreman for a project based in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finishing trades on site to ensure works are completed to the highest standard
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour during the finishing phases
- Ensure snag lists are completed efficiently and to programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping
- Liaise closely with site management, design teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered on time and in line with quality expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or commercial projects
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
- Valid Safe Pass (and relevant tickets desirable)
