FINISHING FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (WICKLOW)
A highly regarded residential developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing developments across Ireland is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team on a Wicklow-based project.
Known for their attention to detail, consistent delivery, and well-managed sites, this developer offers a great opportunity to work on modern, high-spec residential schemes.
The Role:
As Finishing Foreman, you will take responsibility for the final stages of construction, ensuring all units are completed to an exceptional standard and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all finishing trades including snagging, interiors, and final works
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all units
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Ensure timely completion in line with programme deadlines
- Carry out snagging inspections and manage close-out processes
- Uphold strict health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential developments
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on quality finishes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple units at various stages of completion
- Trade background is advantageous
