About the Role
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the site team on a major high-rise residential development with an underground car park in South Dublin.
Working alongside the wider site management team, you will play a key role in ensuring finishing works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finishing works and general construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and programme.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain high quality standards throughout the finishing phase.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Attend site management and planning meetings.
- Drive subcontractors to achieve programme milestones while maintaining quality.
- Monitor site progress and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure plant, equipment and materials are used efficiently and maintained appropriately.
- Complete site administration and reporting as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience delivering residential developments, with exposure to high-rise construction and/or underground car parks highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards and Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience with site reporting and day-to-day programme management.
