An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a highly respected and well-established Tier two contractor on a number of large-scale residential developments in Swords, North Dublin.

The Role
As Finishing Foreman, you will take responsibility for coordinating and driving the finishing stages of large-scale residential projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all finishing trades and subcontractors.
- Drive works from internal finishes through to snagging and final handover.
- Monitor quality and ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
- Manage snagging and ensure defects are identified and closed out efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly finishing activities in line with the project programme.
- Liaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and proactively address issues or delays.
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety are maintained across all finishing activities.
- Manage materials, labour and site resources to maintain productivity.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Finishing Manager or Senior Foreman on residential projects.
- Strong experience managing finishing trades and subcontractors.
- Residential or apartment project experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Trade background, particularly carpentry/joinery, would be advantageous.
- Ability to drive works to programme while maintaining high-quality standards.
