An experienced Finishing Manager is required for the full fit-out of four residential tower blocks, managing works from initial stages through to final handover. The successful candidate will oversee all finishing trades on site, manage Finishing Foremen and subcontractors, and ensure delivery of high-quality, snag-free units safely and on programme. The role reports directly to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all finishing works on site.
- Manage and support Finishing Foremen and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure units are delivered snag-free to the highest standards.
- Enforce Health & Safety compliance and maintain site procedures.
- Liaise closely with the Project Director and wider site team.
- Monitor progress, address on-site challenges, and deliver on schedule and budget.
Requirements:
- Relevant third-level qualification in construction or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finishing management or similar fit-out role.
- Strong track record managing high-density residential or commercial fit-outs.
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and programme.
