A Tier one contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong Fit-Out background to join a high-performing project team in Dublin City Centre.

The Role
You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring fit-out works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
- Deliver high-quality fit-out works while maintaining strong client and design team relationships.
- Ensure health & safety, quality and programme requirements are met.
- Coordinate and schedule works in line with the project programme.
- Monitor progress and report key issues to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and supply chain.
- Ensure quality finishes and minimise rework.
- Work closely with the Project QS to identify and manage upcoming commercial or delivery issues.
About You
- Proven Site Management experience with a strong Fit-Out background.
- Experience delivering high-quality fit-out projects in live or occupied environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction delivery, quality and programme management.
- Experience using digital construction, reporting and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure.
- IT literate, including MS Office and MS Project or similar.
