Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

At Talent-Curve, we're working with a well-established construction firm based in Co. Fermanagh that’s actively expanding due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. They’re now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact on a variety of building and civil engineering projects.

The role:
- Getting stuck into the tendering and contract process—preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs.
- Assisting with the procurement of subcontractors and managing order documentation.
- Helping to track and certify interim payments, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
- Supporting the team in preparing valuations and final accounts—a vital part of any QS’s toolkit.
- Monitoring design changes and contributing to detailed financial reports.
- Producing monthly cost value reconciliations to help keep projects on track.
- Building relationships with subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Attending site meetings, gaining real exposure to projects from the ground up.
What you need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Confidence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A motivated, positive attitude with a real desire to learn and develop.
- A team player who’s eager to contribute and take on new challenges.
