Salary: Up to £30,000

At Talent-Curve, we're working with a well-established construction firm based in Co. Fermanagh that’s actively expanding due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. They’re now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact on a variety of building and civil engineering projects.

This is more than just a graduate role—it’s a chance to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.

 

The role:

  • Getting stuck into the tendering and contract process—preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs.
  • Assisting with the procurement of subcontractors and managing order documentation.
  • Helping to track and certify interim payments, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
  • Supporting the team in preparing valuations and final accounts—a vital part of any QS’s toolkit.
  • Monitoring design changes and contributing to detailed financial reports.
  • Producing monthly cost value reconciliations to help keep projects on track.
  • Building relationships with subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments.
  • Attending site meetings, gaining real exposure to projects from the ground up.

What you need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A motivated, positive attitude with a real desire to learn and develop.
  • A team player who’s eager to contribute and take on new challenges.
