EHS Advisor

They are seeking a Project EHS Advisor to lead all aspects of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, from administration to on-the-ground safety compliance. This role will report to the site Project Manager and the Company EHS Director. Based in Dublin, this position is specific to mechanical services projects, with approximately 25 staff involved in the package and potential for further roles post-completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the EHS E-filing system efficiently.
  • Champion problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project managers on all EHS aspects.
  • Prepare and communicate Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Introduce innovation and drive safety initiatives on-site.
  • Manage all incident investigations and report in accordance with company/project standards.
  • Conduct and close out EHS audits.
  • Work closely with clients to proactively manage all issues.
  • Coordinate site inductions and maintain the training matrix.
  • Deliver Toolbox Talks (TBTs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in EHS construction management.
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to documentation.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
