We are looking for an experienced MEP professional ready to step into a genuine leadership position — someone who wants to run a function, not just a project.
What the job involves
- Taking charge of a busy MEP team across a varied portfolio of projects
- Shaping how the team is structured, resourced, and managed day to day
- Setting the bar for how work gets done — processes, consistency, and output quality
- Playing an active role in senior client relationships
- Working closely with the company's senior leadership on where the business goes next
- Keeping a close eye on the commercial side — protecting margins and managing scope
What we're looking for
- 15+ years in building services or MEP consultancy
- Currently in a senior leadership position — running a team or a department, not just a discipline
- Experience across large or complex projects
- A strong communicator who can hold a room with clients and internal stakeholders alike
- Someone who builds people up around them, not just delivers themselves
