A leading infrastructure and utilities contractor with a strong reputation for safety, quality, and delivery is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support projects across Dublin.
The company delivers complex civil, utilities, and power infrastructure works and places health & safety at the core of everything it does.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day health & safety support across multiple live sites
- Advise site teams on compliance with Irish H&S legislation and best practice
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Assist in the preparation and review of RAMS, method statements, and safety plans
- Investigate incidents and near misses, producing reports and corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings
- Promote a strong, positive safety culture across all levels of the business
Requirements
- Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within construction, civils, utilities, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation
- Relevant qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to engage positively with site teams and management
- Full clean driving licence
