A leading construction company specialising in critical environments, including data centres, life sciences, aviation and high-value manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to join its project teams in the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of EHS strategy across projects, ensuring compliance, effective risk management and a strong positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement EHS policies and provide health and safety guidance across projects.
- Maintain EHS documentation, policies and procedures.
- Carry out site inspections, audits and reporting.
- Complete risk assessments and support incident investigations.
- Identify training requirements and deliver EHS training.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with EHS standards.
- Work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to promote best practice.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in EHS, Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on large-scale construction or commercial projects.
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.
