Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000
Talent-Curve is excited to partner with one of Ireland's leading construction contractors, who are looking for a dynamic Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the team, utilizing your expertise to manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact and grow within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee the commercial and contractual relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Measure, price, and negotiate project scope variations, ensuring accuracy in budgets and costs
• Review project costs, address queries, and ensure all figures are correct
• Maintain up-to-date procurement schedules to ensure timely project execution
• Prepare and issue invitations to tender, evaluate subcontractor bids, and recommend the placement of orders
• Work closely with the contract and site management teams to ensure seamless operations
• Handle other commercial duties as required
What You’ll Need:
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
• Strong team player, driven and motivated to succeed
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a keen eye for detail
