A well-established and highly respected international joinery and fit-out specialist is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to join its growing Contracts Management team. This company has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke, high-end manufacturing and fit-out projects across luxury hospitality, marine, residential and commercial developments.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the Contracts Management team in the delivery of complex joinery and fit-out projects from planning through to completion.
- Assist the Contracts Management team with the successful delivery of allocated projects
- Liaise with clients, site managers, manufacturing teams and logistics to ensure smooth project execution
- Help develop and implement project programmes and schedules
- Coordinate materials, resources, logistics and subcontractor requirements
- Support the identification and engagement of subcontractors
- Provide regular project progress reports to senior management
- Ensure all works comply with health and safety requirements
Requirements
-
1+ years’ experience in a similar role within construction, manufacturing, or fit-out

Proven ability to support the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to a high standard

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Willingness to travel to project sites when required
