Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Coordinator – Facilities & Utilities | Days | €50,000–€60,000

A well-established processing facility is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day facilities, utilities upkeep, and maintenance scheduling in a structured, supportive environment. The role requires experience in utilities & facilities maintenance (water / HVAC / power etc.) and strong organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance for building utilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely maintenance and resolve breakdowns

  • Track performance of utilities, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement

  • Maintain maintenance logs, spare part records, and ensure compliance with safety / environmental regulations

  • Manage external non‑conformances and supervisory oversight for contractors where needed


Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities/utilities maintenance coordination or similar environment

  • Good technical understanding of building utilities systems

  • Strong organisational, communication, and record‑keeping skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage emergencies, and maintain uptime

  • Valid driver’s licence
