Maintenance Engineer – Dungannon (Mon-Fri Days)
We’re working with a well-established manufacturing company in the Dungannon area that’s looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to the team. This is a full-time, permanent role with pay sitting just under £40,000 per year depending on experience.
The role
You’ll be carrying out a mix of breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment improvements across the site. The work covers mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems – with the chance to get involved in electrical fault finding if you’ve got the skills. You’ll be supporting production by keeping downtime to a minimum and making sure the kit is running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
– Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
– Planned preventative maintenance across machinery and equipment
– Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fault finding
– Working with supervisors, production, and purchasing to keep jobs moving
– Supporting with vehicle and forklift servicing when required
– Liaising with contractors on new installs or improvements
What we’re looking for
– Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing/production environment
– Strong skills with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
– Electrical knowledge would be a bonus
– Organised, accurate, and able to manage your own workload
– A team player with good communication skills
– Willing to work flexibly to meet business needs
