Maintenance Manager (Building Services) 
Location: Dublin (Site & Office-Based)
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 (DOE)
 

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead its building services maintenance division. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a mechanical maintenance or facilities background who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing PPM schedules, client coordination, and a team of mobile service engineers.

Role Overview:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance division, including scheduling and resource planning

  • Coordinate maintenance and reactive works across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

  • Liaise directly with engineers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of service contracts

  • Handle quotes, issue work orders, prepare RAMS, and oversee documentation for all maintenance activities

  • Oversee contract compliance, reporting and KPI tracking

  • Provide technical support to the engineering team

  • Input and track work via CAFM/maintenance management systems

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a maintenance coordination or facilities management role

  • Mechanical or building services background preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance scheduling software

  • Strong organisation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of safety regulations, permits, RAMS, FGAS, etc.

  • Full clean driver’s licence
