Maintenance & Reliability Manager

- Salary: €70,000 – €80,000+
The Opportunity
Tired of corporate red tape? A rapidly expanding manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead their site engineering function. Following a recent investment in state-of-the-art automated processing technology, you will have full autonomy to move this high-output site from reactive firefighting to a world-class proactive reliability strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- TPM / PPM: Own and scale the site’s preventative maintenance frameworks.
- CMMS: Modernize and optimize the digital maintenance management system.
- Stores & Spares: Manage inventory controls, critical parts, and min/max stock levels.
- CAPEX Projects: Lead the commissioning and vendor management for upcoming new lines.
- Leadership: Manage a lean on-site technical team and coordinate external engineering contractors.
- Compliance: Maintain high safety standards (LOTO) and ensure audit readiness (BRC/Safefood).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven maintenance leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Skills: Strong root-cause analysis (RCA) and deep knowledge of industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
- Mindset: A track record of successfully shifting a factory from reactive to proactive maintenance.
- Qualifications: A technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
