Maintenance Technician (Day Shift) – Kildare - €55k
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. Our successful applicant will be based at our client's facility with day shift hours and an attractive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the machines and equipment are serviced and maintained regularly and to the highest standards
- Attending to maintenance requests daily
- Correctly and safely use a variety of tools and equipment
- Inspecting and evaluating equipment, facilities and machinery
- Carry out visual inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Identifying parts which need replacing and order them
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician
- Proven knowledge of and experience in maintenance techniques
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals
- Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Physical fitness sufficient to carry out the requirements of this role
