Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Co. Kildare
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our food processing equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall reliability of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
