Electrical Maintenance Technician – Days Only

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility operating on a permanent days-only shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased maintenance engineer or technician looking for a stable role with strong long-term prospects, modern equipment and a good work-life balance.

The Role

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance across production and packaging equipment
• Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems
• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support
• Working on motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, control panels and pneumatic systems
• Supporting continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects
• Ensuring minimal downtime across production operations

Criteria

• Electrical qualification required
• Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or industrial environments
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability
• Experience working on automated production machinery
• PLC fault-finding experience advantageous
• Good understanding of health & safety and preventative maintenance systems
