Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About Our Client:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Dungannon, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality, contributing to the company’s continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and support new product introductions.
- Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and labor utilization.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in a production or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
