£35,000–£45,000 + benefits (DOE)
Talent Curve is working with a well-established engineering group operating across multiple industrial sectors, as they look to bring marketing in-house and properly align activity across the wider business.
This is a hands-on B2B marketing role with genuine ownership. You’ll be responsible for shaping the group marketing strategy and delivering it day-to-day.
The role
You’ll lead marketing across multiple engineering brands within the group, covering strategy, brand, digital, content and lead generation. It’s a hybrid role combining planning, execution, analysis and optimisation.
Key areas include:
- Developing and delivering a joined-up group marketing strategy
- Owning brand positioning, messaging and consistency across all channels
- Managing websites, SEO, digital performance and content updates
- Driving LinkedIn and digital channels for B2B lead generation
- Creating technical marketing content – case studies, brochures, datasheets and campaigns
- Supporting sales with collateral, pitch decks and tender material
- Planning and delivering exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
- Tracking performance, reporting ROI and managing marketing budgets
What they’re looking for
- 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience – engineering, manufacturing or industrial preferred
- Strong digital skillset – websites, SEO/SEM, email and social
- Experience working closely with sales teams and senior leadership
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on level
- Commercial mindset – understands leads, pipelines and ROI
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics, automation tools and exhibitions would be advantageous but not essential.
