Site Manager
Our client, a leading Mechanical Company specialising in Building Services Engineering, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team based in Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity for career growth and development within a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams effectively, providing close supervision and guidance to ensure optimal performance.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed site records to track progress and ensure accountability.

Quality Assurance: Oversee work execution to ensure compliance with best practices and relevant regulations.

Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Problem Solving: Attend site meetings and address any challenges or issues that may arise, implementing effective solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Certification: Essential plumbing certification required.

Industry Knowledge: Good understanding and knowledge of the HVAC industry will be advantageous.

Health & Safety: Thorough understanding of health and safety requirements and regulations.

Skills: Strong risk and compliance knowledge, coupled with excellent planning and project management skills.

Attributes: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
