Mechanical Site Supervisor | Dublin | €70,000–€80,000
Our client, a leading M&E contractor delivering projects across Dublin, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their team.
The Role
- Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and trades, sequencing works alongside other M&E disciplines
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and site-specific safety plans
- Liaise with the Project Manager on progress, resourcing, and technical queries
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring works are installed to standard
- Carry out quality checks and ensure snagging is closed out in a timely manner
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within an M&E contracting environment
- Trade background or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/HVAC installation and health & safety legislation (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, etc.)
- Excellent man-management and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence
