A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on a long-term commercial project in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with a qualified plumbing background who has progressed into supervisory/site lead roles across mechanical and HVAC projects.

The Role:

  • Supervise mechanical installation on-site, ensuring work is completed to high standards and in line with programme deadlines.

  • Manage sub-contractors and in-house trades, ensuring H&S and quality compliance.

  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and coordinate with the design/project teams.

  • Organise tools, materials, and manpower requirements daily.

  • Report progress, issues, and updates to project management.

  • Ensure all plumbing, ducting, and HVAC installations are completed as per spec.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fully qualified plumber or mechanical tradesperson.

  • 3–5+ years in a supervisory or foreman role within mechanical/HVAC installations.

  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site resources.

  • Strong understanding of building services systems and standards.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant certs required.
