About the Company
Specialist Fit Out Contractor working across both UK and NI. They cater for all industries such as hospitality and retail to name a few. They are involved in projects upwards of £20M
The Role
- Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
- Managing health and safety delivery on site
- Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
- Overseeing the fit out on various sections of the project
- Logging the snags on software

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within fit out project’s sites
- Experience in commercial & residential
- Carpentry / joinery background
- Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- PC Skills
