We're hiring a sharp Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement across their fabrication and assembly plant.
The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
Your mission is to increase output, reduce material waste, and uphold quality standards across high-volume production lines.

Design and implement major process improvements in heavy fabrication, welding, and final assembly.

Conduct analysis (time studies, capability assessments) to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks.

Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality teams to smoothly integrate new product designs and processes.

Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the shop floor.

Source and manage new capital equipment and tooling investments.
What You Need
-
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.

Strong background in heavy fabrication, structural steel, or metal forming environments.

Proven expertise applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
