Talent Curve are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a highly regarded Civil Contractor. This contractor specialises in infrastructure and energy projects, including substation and solar farm development, grid connections, and data centre construction. They are currently looking for Project Managers to join their team.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and meets the client’s expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and motivating site teams.
- Providing technical support to the project team.
- Liaising directly with clients, sub-contractors, and third parties.
- Producing clear, accurate reports.
- Supporting senior management to ensure projects are running smoothly, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Project Management.
- Engineering background (Civil)
- Strong understanding of contracts, financial control, and cost management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Full driving license.
