Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Talent Curve are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing civil engineering and utilities contractor delivering a range of long-term frameworks and infrastructure projects across Ireland.

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a motivated individual ready to take the next step in their career, working on high-profile civil engineering and Design & Build projects, particularly within the water and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage project delivery from planning through to completion.

  • Ensure project scope, design, and constructability align with requirements.

  • Manage progress and programme schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports.

  • Maintain strong working relationships across project teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or possess relevant hands-on experience.

  • 3–5 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Experience with Irish Water standards (or UK equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.

Location:

Based in Kildare, with a hybrid of office and site presence required. Some travel may be necessary depending on project locations.
