Talent Curve are partnering with an up and coming Fit Out Contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality interior solutions across high-end commerical and luxury residential sectors. Projects span across NI and the UK, with a focus on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and client satisfaction.

Role:

Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding team. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. The role involves regular travel to sites across the UK and working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects, including planning, execution, and handover.

  • Oversee project budgets, programmes, quality standards, and health & safety compliance.

  • Lead project teams including site managers, subcontractors, and support staff.

  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

  • Ensure effective coordination and communication between all stakeholders.

  • Carry out regular site visits in the UK to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.

  • Prepare progress reports and chair regular project meetings.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.

  • Ensure all project documentation and records are up to date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experiencen within the fit-out sector.

  • Joinery background

  • Experience with high-end commercial and/or luxury residential projects is a bonus

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, finishes, materials, and fit-out methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away from home when required.
