PROJECT MANAGER (HVAC CONTRACTOR) — DUBLIN
A well-established mechanical contractor is growing their team across Dublin and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of schemes from mobilisation through to completion.
The role:
- End-to-end project management of mechanical packages on residential schemes
- Managing labour, subcontractors, programme and budget
- Reporting to senior management and liaising with main contractors
What you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a mechanical contractor
- Strong track record on residential or commercial schemes in Dublin
- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
- Relevant engineering qualification or trade background preferred
Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 DOE
